VBIC is a bipolar junction transistor (BJT) model that was
developed as
an industry-standard, public domain replacement for the SPICE
Gummel-Poon (SGP) model. VBIC is designed to be as similar as
possible
to the SGP model, yet overcomes its major deficiencies.
